Essential Info: Always ensure you're checked in when on-site. It's your responsibility to be included in emergency procedures.

How to Check In/Out Manually

Web App

Go to https://reggiefiredrill.co.uk
Sign in with your email and password
Scroll to "Your Sites"
Click "Check-in" when arriving or "Check-out" when leaving

Mobile App

Open the Reggie^® app
Scroll to "Are you arriving or departing?"
Tap "Check-in" when arriving or "Check-out" when leaving

How to Enable Automatic Check-ins (Mobile Only)

Open the Reggie^® app
Scroll to "Automatic Check-in/out Disabled"
Tap the toggle
Select "Allow While Using App" when prompted
Select "Change to Always Allow" when prompted again

During Fire Drills

Stop everything immediately when you get the notification
Follow evacuation procedures
Go to your assembly point
Wait to be counted by Fire Marshals
Don't leave until given the all-clear

Quick Troubleshooting

Check-in not working?

Try the other platform (web if mobile fails, mobile if web fails)
Check your internet connection
Contact your Site Administrator

Automatic check-ins stopped working?

Check location permissions are set to "Always"
Use manual check-ins as backup
Contact Reggie^® support via live chat

Not sure if you're checked in?

Check your dashboard - it will say "You are currently checked in at [Site Name]"
If wrong, use manual check-in to correct it
