Important: You must check in when you arrive and check out when you leave. This is for your safety during emergencies.

How to Check In (Arrival)

Using QR Code (Recommended)

  1. Find the yellow triangle sign near the entrance
  2. Scan the LEFT QR code with your phone camera
  3. Fill in the form:
    • First Name (required)
    • Last Name (required)
    • Mobile Number (optional but recommended)
  4. Submit the form
  5. You're now registered for safety procedures

Need Help?

  • Ask reception staff to help you scan the code
  • They can check you in manually if needed
  • Don't proceed to your meeting until you're checked in

How to Check Out (Departure)

Option 1: Browser Button (If Still Open)

  • If you kept the browser window open after check-in
  • Click the "Check-out" button
  • Wait for confirmation

Option 2: QR Code

  1. Find the same yellow triangle sign you used for check-in
  2. Scan the RIGHT QR code (labelled "Check-out")
  3. Confirm your departure on the form
  4. You're now checked out

Option 3: Ask Reception

  • Reception staff can check you out manually
  • Just tell them your name and that you're leaving

During Fire Alarms

  1. Stop what you're doing immediately
  2. Follow the people around you to the nearest exit
  3. Don't use lifts/elevators
  4. Go to the assembly point (follow the crowd)
  5. Wait with everyone else until given the all-clear
  6. Fire Marshals may call your name - respond if they do

Common Questions

Why do I need to check in?

  • It's for your safety during fire drills and emergencies
  • Helps staff know you're in the building
  • Required for emergency headcounts

What if I can't scan the QR code?

  • Ask reception staff for help
  • They can register you manually
  • Don't worry - there are backup methods

What if I forget to check out?

I don't have a smartphone - what do I do?

  • Go straight to reception
  • They'll register you manually

What Information is Collected?

  • Your name - for emergency contact
  • Mobile number (optional) - in case Fire Marshals need to call you
  • Check-in/out times - to know when you're on-site
  • Used only for safety - not shared with third parties

Need Help?

  • Can't find QR codes: Ask reception staff
