Installing the Reggie® Fire Drill app is a simple process. Follow these steps to get started:
- Download the app: Visit the App Store on your iOS device, and search for the Reggie® Fire Drill app. Click 'Get', to download to your device.
- Open the app: Open the app to run through first time installation.
- Sign in: Sign in with the email address and password you set when you were invited to join Reggie®. If you'd prefer to sign in with the mobile number registered to your Reggie® account, click 'Use mobile' to the right of the email address field.
- Allow notifications: It's important that you allow the Reggie® Fire Drill app to send you notifications. Notifications are sent to your device when you are checked in to (and out of) a site that you're assigned to. When prompted, please select 'Allow'.
- Turn on automatic check-ins: From the dashboard, scroll down until you see 'Are you arriving or departing?'. Click on the toggle next to 'Automatic Check-in/out Disabled'. You'll see a prompt, "Allow Reggie® to use your location?". Select 'Allow While Using App'.
- Allow background check-ins: After selecting 'Allow While Using App' on the previous prompt, the next prompt will ask you to "Allow Reggie® to also use your location even when you are not using the app". Select 'Change to Always Allow'. This setting is required for automatic check-ins to work.
